<p>A hotwater supply device (1) has a hotwater storage tank (11), and a refrigerant circuit (20) of a vapor-compression refrigeration cycle, the refrigerant circuit having a radiator (21), an evaporator (22), and an auxiliary evaporator (23). Water for storage hot water is taken out from the lower part of the hotwater storage tank (11) and heated by a radiator (21) to produce high-temperature water. The produced high-temperature water is then returned to the upper part of the hotwater storage tank (11) and stored in it. Also, a cooling circuit (15) is connected to the lower part of the hotwater storage tank (11), and the water for storage hot water in the lower part of the hotwater storage tank (11) is returned to the lower part of the hotwater storage tank (11) after being cooled by the auxiliary evaporator (23) of the refrigerant circuit (20).</p> |
