MULTI FUNCTIONAL CONCRETE INTERLOCKING BLOCK FOR SIDE WALK AND ROAD USING SCARLET POWDER

摘要

A functional concrete interlocking block using scarlet powder is provided to keep the mixing ratio securing optimal density with absorptivity below 7% and bending strength over 6MPa. A functional concrete interlocking block manufacturing method comprises the steps of: injecting concrete produced by mixing cement, aggregates, stone powder, and water with keeping the ratio of water-cement below 25%, into a lower part of a mold and then firstly vibrating, pressing, and compacting the concrete in the mold and putting mortar produced by mixing scarlet powder, sand, and cement, into an upper part of the mold and then secondly vibrating, pressing, and compacting the mortar to form a color layer on the upside of the concrete in the thickness of 1~2cm.
