<p>The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition having efficacy in the treatment of inflammation, pain, arthritis and spinitis, and the proliferation and activity of ost eoblastic cells, and a preparation method thereof. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising pharmaceutically effective components extracted from Cibotii Rhizoma, Ledebouriellae Radix, Achyranthes bidentatae Radix, Acanthopanacis Cortex, Eucommiae Cortex, and Glycine Semen nigra, and a preparation method thereof. The pharmaceutically effective components may be extracted using hot water, an organic solvent, or a mixed solvent thereof. Alternatively, the pharmaceutically effective components may be prepared by a UF membrane to have a molecular weight of not greater than 10,000.</p> |
