A semiconductor device is provided to prevent jitter by outputting an output signal in the same operation speed regardless of level transition of any input signal among a plurality of input signal in one NAND gate. A plurality of pull-up devices connected in parallel with each other, operates in response to one of plural input signals and performs pull-up driving of an output stage. A first pull-down part(100) includes a plurality of pull-down devices(N21,N23) operating in response to one of the input signals and performing pull-down driving of the output stage by being connected in series with each other. A second pull-down part(200) includes a plurality of pull-down devices(N22,N24) operating in response to one of the input signals and performing pull-down driving of the output stage by being connected in series with each other.
