摘要 A fireproof structure of a fire door is provided to improve the performance of a fire door by cutting off heat conduction using heat insulation core, foam insulation materials and through holes. A fireproof structure of a fire door comprises: a door(10) formed by coupling an inner panel(11) and an outer panel(12) to have an inside space which is filled with core composed of urethane resins to prevent the transfer of the heat of a fire toward the indoor and outdoor sides of a fire door; a door lock composed of a door lock body inserted to an installation space of the door, a hanging pin(22) projected toward a doorframe(1) through the side of the door and inserted to a locking groove of the doorframe temporarily, a connecting pin projected toward the inner panel and the outer panel from the door lock body, a door lock panel(24) installed to the inner panel and the outer panel abutting on the connecting pin, and a knob member(25) connected to the connecting pin; heat insulation core made of ceramic fiber or calcium silicate and filled in the installation space to prevent heat transfer through an installation space and fire spread to a door lock panel; foam insulation materials filled in the space between the inner panel and the outer panel of the door, and, the heat insulation core and the door lock body and expanded by a fire to fill up the gap between the heat insulation core and the door, and, the heat insulation core and the door lock body and to reduce heat conduction; and many through-holes(103) arranged on the contact surface between the inner panel or the outer panel and the door lock panel to prevent heat conduction between the installation space and the door lock panel.
