An electrostatic latent image development toner containing additional conductive microfine powder is provided to have number average fineness distribution index G less than 1.20 of toner particles and virtification rate of 50 to 60% of the conductive powder by comprising the conductive powder as additive as well as the toner particle containing coupling resin and coloring agent. The toner comprises toner particles containing the coupling resin and the coloring agent, and conductive microfine powder as additive. The conductive microfine powder has virtrification rate ranging from 50 to 60%. The toner has number average fineness distribution index G less than 1.20 which is represented by equation of: G= D50/D16, wherein D16 is the number average particle diameter of 16% as accumulation from small particle diameter and D50 is the number average particle diameter of 50% as accumulation from the small particle diameter. The coupling resin contains crystalline polyester resin.
