PROCESS FOR PREPARING A FIRED MATERIAL HAVING LIGHT STORAGE FUNCTION, FIRED MATERIAL PREPARED BY THE PROCESS AND A DISPLAY INDUCING REFUGE USING THE FIRED MATERIAL

A sintered product, its preparation method, and a display device for leading peoples in case of emergency using the sintered product, are provided to prevent the generation of crack or separation during sintering. The sintered product is prepared by adhering a glass frit for mixing having a thermal expansion coefficient of a value between that of a metal plate and that of a luminous material to a metal plate; drying the glass frit; adhering a glass frit for coating having a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of a luminous material to the surface of the glass frit for mixing; adhering a luminous material having a diameter of 50-250 micrometers and a glass frit for drying repeatedly before drying; adhering a glass frit for coating to the exposed upper part of the luminous material and drying it; printing an image part on the surface of the glass frit for coating; adhering uniformly the glass frit for mixing having a thermal expansion coefficient similar to the middle lf that of a glass frit for protection; and sintering it at a high temperature.
