A constant-current Darlington transistor is provided to increase an insulating property between electrodes by forming a vacuum in a hollow space of the constant-current Darlington transistor. A constant-current Darlington transistor includes a hollow glass tube, and a constant-current Darlington transistor and related components mounted in an inside of the glass tube. Both ends of the glass tube are sealed. The constant-current Darlington transistor consists of a first transistor(Q1), a second transistor(Q2), a first resistor(R1), and a first constant-voltage source(CV1).
