摘要 A method and a system for integrally managing a small-scale sewage treatment plant are provided to keep water quality of discharged water constant by calculating an optimal operation mode in real-time according to property change of inflow water, as important parameters for operating the small-scale sewage treatment plant are constructed as a knowledge-base. An operation mode determination server(200) extracts the operation mode by using an expert system based on a database matching the property of inflow sewage with the operation mode for satisfying a preset water quality standard of the discharged water after sewage treatment by applying a neuro-fuzzy technology. An MMI(Man-Machine Interface) server(300) remotely operates the small-scale sewage treatment plant(400) by receiving an operation mode extraction result from the operation mode determination server and transfers property information of the inflow sewage collected from the small scale sewage treatment plant to the operation mode determination server. The operation mode determination server includes the knowledge-base(210), an inferring engine(220), and a function manager(230).
