A blind device of a vehicle is provided to shut off incident rays through a glass of the vehicle by expanding a screen mounted to the glass without deformation or installation marks, and to store the screen mounted to the glass conveniently by winding the screen on a winding drum. A blind device of a vehicle is mounted to a glass of a vehicle to shade light, and composed of a sunlight shading member folded or unfolded, a flexible unit connected to the sunlight shading member to expand or fold the sunlight shading member, a control unit controlling the flexible unit and an attachment member attaching or detaching the control unit to the glass of the vehicle. The control unit includes a winding drum(20) winding for expanding or contracting the flexible unit, a flexible unit installation drum inserted to the winding drum to install the flexible unit, a base drum combined with the attachment member to support the flexible unit installation drum and the winding drum, a clutch controlling the winding drum, and an operation button(10) inserted to a shaft hole of the winding drum to operate the clutch. The flexible unit is formed of a flexible pole(80) composed of plural hollow poles, a coil spring elastically operated in the pole, and an expansion string contracted by pulling the pole with elastic force of the coil spring.
