An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) and a display device using the OLED are provided to improve low grayscale representation capability of the display device by increasing a reference current amount, even when a signal current amount is small. An OLED emits light according to a signal current. A driving TFT(M1) is connected between a source voltage(VDD) and the OLED and supplies a signal current to the OLED according to input data. A storage capacitor(Cst) is connected between the source voltage and a gate of the driving TFT and stores data according to a data signal. A first switch(S/W1) is connected between the drain of the driving TFT and a data driver. A gate of the first switch is connected to a first scan line, so that the first switch selects the data signal. A second switch(S/W2) is connected between gate and drain of the driving TFT. A gate of the second switch is connected to a second scan line, so that the second switch drives the driving TFT. A third switch(S/W3) is connected between the drain of the driving TFT and the OLED. A gate of the third switch is connected to a third scan line, so that the third switch selects the signal current, which is applied on the OLED.
