A high speed dispenser head of an air damping type is provided to extend a life span by preventing breakage of a needle due to external impact. In a high speed dispenser head of an air damping type, a servo motor(100) has a driving cam(130) on a driving axis. A driving connection device(210) raises a piston by compressed air supplied from an air port. An ascent and descent interlocking device is connected to the piston by a connection bolt(515) and includes a roller bracket(510), a rod bracket(530), and a connection bracket(550). A distribution needle device has a solvent entrance assembled with a connection line of a syringe and a housing assembled with a needle. An intercepting force giving device(600) is installed between a lower cover of the driving connection device(210) and the rod bracket(530) of the ascent and descent interlocking device and allows a dotting rod(540) to block a discharge needle hole of the needle.
