A method for a donation service using an SMS(Short Message Service) is provided to enable a user to easily collect donations with the SMS through various kinds of terminals, such as a mobile phone, a wired phone, and a VoIP(Voice of Internet Protocol) phone, to send a text message. An SMS center of a businessman subscribed by a sender receives the text message through an inbound number for vicariously executing donation collection(S21). The SMS center subscribed by the sender transmits the received text message to the SMS center of a donation collection agency(S22). The SMS center of the donation collection agency stores and manages donators and donation information according to the information of the received text message, and transmits the information for confirming donation reception to the SMS center of the businessman(S24). The SMS center of the businessman transmits the text message for informing the subscriber of the donation reception(S25). The SMS center of the donation collection agency transmits received donation particulars to an institution or organization actually receiving the donation(26). |
