A dip coating apparatus is provided to reduce time for liquid draining in the dip coating apparatus forming a coating film on a surface of an object. A dip coating apparatus charges a coating liquid including a volatile solvent ingredient at a tank(1), submerges a coating object(2) in the coating liquid, and forms a coating film on a surface of the object(2). The dip coating apparatus includes air current generating apparatuses(6,9). The solvent ingredient is volatilized by air current.
