FORMATION METHOD OF THE UNIQUE CATHODE ELECTRODES UTILIZING MG-AG SINGLE THIN FILMS IN ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICES

A formation method of unique cathode electrodes utilizing Mg-Ag single thin films in organic light-emitting devices is provided to simplify a fabrication process by forming a cathode electrode through just one deposition process. A formation method of unique cathode electrodes utilizing Mg-Ag single thin films in organic light-emitting devices deposits a Mg-Ag alloy of 1 to 10% weight of Mg to an organic layer from an organic layer interface to form a concentration gradient of Mg-Ag.
