A method, a system, and a computer program for calibrating an automated circuit test system are provided to determine a relative timing error introduced by a signal path by solving a mathematical formula set on the basis of the relation between a driver and a comparator and timing delay. An automated circuit test system calibrating method includes steps of: electrically connecting a first calibrating unit(200) between plural drivers(202,204,206,208) and comparators(210,212,214,216) of a test system, wherein the first calibrating unit has fixed wiring paths(220,222,224,226) joining pairs of the drivers and comparators according to the relation of a first set; deciding timing delays(A1~A4,B1~B4) for each relation of the first set by executing AC(Alternating Current) timing calibration while the first calibrating unit is joined between the driver and comparator; electrically connecting a second calibrating unit between the drivers and comparators, wherein the second calibrating unit has a fixed wiring path joining pairs of the drivers and comparators according to the relation of a second set; determining timing delays for each relation of the second set by executing the AC timing calibration while the second calibrating unit is joined between the driver and comparator; and deciding relative timing errors introduced by signal paths of the test systems having the drivers and the comparators by solving a mathematical formula set on the basis of the relation between the driver/comparator and the timing delay.
