A wind power generating apparatus is provided to generate large volume of electric energy by connecting islands or buildings. A wind power generating apparatus comprises a flexible rotating shaft(20), rotating blades(30), rotating shaft retention members(40,40a), fixing members(50,50a), rotating shaft support members, twist prevention members(70), an accelerator(80), and a generator(90). The flexible rotating shaft has a predetermined length, and transmits predetermined rotating force. The rotating blades are fixed on the flexible rotating shaft along the longitudinal direction of the flexible rotating shaft so as to rotate the flexible rotating shaft. The rotating shaft retention members are arranged at both ends of the flexible rotating shaft, and support the flexible rotating shaft and retain rotating force of the flexible rotating shaft. The fixing member supports the rotating shaft retention members, and has fixing rods(51,51a). The rotating shaft support members are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the flexible rotating shaft, and support the flexible rotating shaft such that the flexible rotating shaft is rotatable. The twist prevention members are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the flexible rotating shaft, and prevent the rotating shaft from being twisted. The accelerator is arranged at an end of one of the rotating shaft retention members so as to increase rotating force of the flexible rotating shaft. The generator generates electric energy by the rotating force of the flexible rotating shaft increased by the accelerator. |
