A system and a method for providing a service for notifying arrival at destination by using location input by a passenger are provided to inform the passenger that he/she will arrive at destination, before arriving at the destination if the passenger executes an arrival-at-destination notification program of a mobile communication terminal and inputs the current station, vehicle's registration number, and destination, thereby mitigating inconvenience that the passenger has to check each station to get off at the destination station. A system for providing a service for notifying arrival at destination by using location input by a passenger comprises the followings: a mobile communication terminal(100) to which arrival notification information is inputted by the passenger, and which receives information about success in registration and notification signals from a mobile communication service provider server(200); the mobile communication service provider server(200) which receives the arrival notification information from the mobile communication terminal(100) and receives information about success in registration and notification signals from an arrival notification service server(300); and the arrival notification service server(300) which receives the arrival notification information from the mobile communication service provider server(200), transmits the information about success in registration to the mobile communication service provider server(200), and then transmits the notification signals to the mobile communication service provider server(200) before a vehicle arrives at a destination station.
