A method for manufacturing an anode panel, a method for manufacturing a flat panel display apparatus, an anode panel for a flat panel display apparatus, and a flat panel display apparatus are provided to prevent damage of a phosphor region by partially removing a conductive layer from upper portions of partitions. After partitions(23) are formed on a substrate(20), a unit phosphor region(21) is formed on the substrate enclosed by the partitions. After a conductive layer is formed on the entire surface of the substrate, the conductive layer positioned on an upper portion of the partition is removed to form an anode unit(31) on the unit phosphor region. After partitions are formed on the substrate, the unit phosphor region is formed on the substrate, or the conductive layer is partially removed, a resist layer(43) is formed to electrically connect the anode unit with adjacent anode unit. The step of removing the conductive layer from the partition includes attaching a release member on the conductive layer and mechanically peeling the release member.
