A navigation for walking of a blind person is provided to grasp the current location of the blind person by using a navigation function using a DGPS(Differential Global Positioning System) and an RFID device attached to a stick when the blind person walks, so that the blind person can safely walk to a desired destination. A navigation for walking of a blind person comprises the followings: plural RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tags(1) which have an IC(Integrated Circuit) chip, respectively and are attached to an object. wherein, the IC chip receives energy by receiving a radio signal and modulates a part of the radio signal to echo an inherent identifier; a stick(2) for the blind person which includes a radio signal originator for originating the radio signal at regular intervals, a reader for recognizing signals modulated/originated from the IC chip of the RFID tag(1), and a Bluetooth originator for outputting data after processing the data collected in the reader; and a terminal device(3).
