A system and a method for an onephone roaming service through terminal location registration and receiving trigger are provided to simultaneously register a home phone number and an office phone number in the one wireless communication terminal(onephone) by using a subscriber profile management function, so that the subscriber can receive a call any place by using the same wireless communication terminal. A system for an onephone roaming service through terminal location registration and reception trigger comprises the followings: at least one access point(18,19) which senses whether a wireless communication terminal(20) exists within its predetermined communication area, performs location registration and cancellation of the wireless communication terminal, and wirelessly connects a call to the wireless communication terminal(20) within the predetermined communication area during call routing; a local exchange(17); an intelligent network system(SSP(Service Switching Point)(13,16), SCP(Service Control Point)(14)) which inquires whether location of the terminal(20), to which a call will be forwarded, is registered based on a subscriber profile, forwards a reception-triggered call, and routes the call to the AP(18,19) mapped with the wireless communication terminal(20) of which location is registered; and an SMS(Service Management System)(15).
