A bill deposit/withdrawal apparatus is provided to easily separate pollutants from a bill pool by pressing the upper end of the bill, which is inserted into the bill pool, by using a bill press unit. A bill deposit/withdrawal apparatus includes a bill deposit/withdrawal port, a bill pool wall, and a roller. A bill press(25) is bent by an elastic material, such as a spring, at the position where first and second planar materials are rotatably supported. A stud of a bill press female link(36) is connected to the restriction range of a slide unit, which is installed at the first planar material of the bill press. The stud is installed at one end of the bill press female link. The other end of the bill press female link is rotatably supported on the installation position to the bill pool wall. The bill press female link is rotated, so that a bill pool front surface is formed by the bill press. |
