METHOD FOR REDUCING MULTIPLE ACCESS INTERFERENCES IN AN OFDMA UPLINK SYSTEM

A method for reducing multiple access interference in an OFDMA uplink system is provided to obtain a frequency diversity effect by transmitting the same data during two continuous OFDM symbol regions. An OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) symbol vector of a transmitted frequency region is transposed in a first symbol region. The OFDM symbol vector of the frequency region is subjected to inverse fast Fourier transform to generate an effective symbol signal of a time region. Cyclic prefix is added in the effective symbol signal to generate an OFDM symbol signal of the time region to transmit the same to a second symbol region.
