摘要 A method for manufacturing a screening near infrared ray-neon hybrid filter and a screening near infrared ray-neon hybrid filter manufactured thereby are provided to coat uniformly a dye without damage of the dye by forming a screening near infrared ray-neon hybrid layer. A screening near infrared ray-neon hybrid layer(500) is formed by using a spin-coating method at a rotation speed of 10 to 7000 RPM(Revolution Per Minute) during a coating time of 1 to 500 seconds. A mixture of a screening near infrared ray-neon hybrid composition and an organic solvent is coated on a transparent supporting layer. The screening near infrared ray-neon hybrid composition includes a curable resin, a screening near infrared dye, a screening neon dye, a hardener, and a leveling agent. The curable resin includes a thermosetting resin as a base resin. The screening near infrared ray-neon hybrid composition includes the screening near infrared dye of 0.1 to 15 weight percent, the screening neon dye of 0.05 to 3 weight percent, the hardener of 0.1 to 15 weight percent, and the leveling agent of 0.1 to 3 weight percent. A drying process is performed to volatilize the organic solvent at the drying temperature of 15 to 85 degrees centigrade and the rotation speed of 20 to 5000 RPM. A thermal curing process is performed to cure thermally the screening neon layer at the hardening temperature of 70 to 140 degrees centigrade during the hardening time of 30 seconds to 15 minutes.
