摘要 A electrophotographic photo receptor having a conductive substrate and a charge generation layer formed on the substrate is provided to have electrically excellent performance such as high sensitivity and low exposure potential by adding charge generation material and electron transfer material to the charge generation layer and forming a charge transfer layer above the charge generation layer. The charge transfer material contained in the charge transfer layer is phenylazomethylene-cyclohexadienone derivative represented by the follow formula, wherein: R1 and R2 are independently any one selected from a group consisting of substituted or non-substituted alkyl group having carbon atoms ranging from 1 to 20, substituted or non-substituted alkoxy group having carbon atoms ranging from 1 to 20, substituted or non-substituted aryl group having carbon atoms ranging from 6 to 30, substituted or non-substituted aralkyl group having carbon atoms ranging from 7 to 30 and halogen; A is any one selected from a group consisting of nitro, cyano and sulphone group; and l is natural number of 0 to 4, m is natural number of 0 to 4 and n is natural number of 1 to 5. Amount of the charge generation material in the charge generation layer ranges from 40 to 60wt.%.
