#CMT# #/CMT# The step (1) has a rectangular bench (2) in solid material such as an injected plastic. Three removable feet (3) and a half-ball (4) are placed on the lower side of the bench, where the half-ball is directly molded with the bench. The feet have a slit which has a width more than the bench for permitting the feet to be fit in the board. The feet and the ball are adapted to permit a combination of the usage of the feet with a bench and the ball assembly for limiting the amplitude of tilting when the feet are fitted in the bench. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in a gymnastic apparatus for articular and muscular working of the lower limb e.g. ankle, knee, for making balanced movements for practicing versatile gymnastic exercises based on the leg and the other parts of the body, for aged person, rehabilitation person, person with reduced mobility and for a person wishing to learn balance exercises. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The flip step permits to improve the proprioceptive quality of the aged person or the person wishing to learn balance exercises, while avoiding the risk of falling during the usage of the apparatus.
