A manual unlocking device and a platform screen door device are provided to perform unlocking of a locker and a door panel with a simple operation by manually unlocking a locker of a door panel in a track side and a platform side. A locker moves up and down between a locking position for locking a door panel and an unlocking position for moving upward from the locking position. A pushing load(48) is arranged to push a locker for locking the door panel. A first load(43) is moved to be coupled to an operation lever arranged on a track side of the door panel. A second load(46) is moved upward and downward with being coupled to an operation of a key which is inserted into a key hole arranged on a platform side of the door panel. The pushing load is pushed by any one of the first and second loads when one of the first and second loads moves upward. The pushing load pushes the locker from the locking position to the unlocking position.
