The invention relates to medicine, namely, to resuscitation and intensive care, and in particular, to the influence upon patient blood suffering from craniocerebral injury complicated by factors of secondary cerebral fault by A.C. low-frequency electromagnetic field against a background of administration of neuroprotective preparations. The method is characterized in that a magnetic blood treatment is effected during the intensive patient care by using A.C. magnetic field noninvasively upon arterial blood which directly provides the blood supply of cerebral hemisphere with focuses of traumatic injury.
