A TCP handler (2) is capable of pressing a carrier tape (5) having a plurality of TCPs formed thereon against a probe card (8) by a pusher unit (3) and capable of connecting the outer terminal of the TCPs to a probe (81), thereby successively subjecting the plurality of TCPs to a test, wherein height control guides (4) for guiding the carrier tape (5) are installed in a carrier tape (5) transfer path and in the front and rear stages of the pusher unit (3), the height control guides (4) being supported by the main body of the TCP handler (2) in a floating state so as to be displaceable planarily of the carrier tape (5). |
