The device has two `Nylon` straps (5) equipped with a powered-on system, support rings (3) and their clamping handles (4). The rings and the handles are cylindrical with a diameter permitting the passage of the leg of a beach umbrella (2) for accommodation. The rings and the handles have, on the side opposite to the straps, a threading to receive a screw terminated by a thumb wheel for the tightening of the leg inside the rings.
