Provided is a structure for inhibiting a growth of vegetation including weed around guardrail, which continuously secures the field of vision of various road display and the field of vision at the lower part of the guardrail, and which fundamentally prevents animals from entering road through the lower part of guardrail. The structure comprises a blocking net(110) of metal; a connection clip(120) for securing a side of the blocking net(110) to the lower end of curved plate(102) of guardrail(100); a pair of fixing plates(130); a first fixing part(140) for securing the blocking net(110) to outer side of boundary block(10); and a second fixing part(150) for securing the outer side of blocking net(110) to the ground. The blocking net(110) comprises a through-part set into main support(101) of guardrail(100), and an incised part which is outwardly incised from the through-part. The pair of fixing plates(130) is connected to each other so that the main support(101) of guardrail(100) is wrapped in the fixing plates(130) and the fixing plate covers the through part and incised part of the blocking net(110).
