Provided are a recovery container which removes the impurities contained in the fuel of a recovery container by fuel filtration parts to prevent the breakage of a pump, and a fuel cell system using the recovery container. The recovery container(120) comprises a housing comprising a inlet where the fuel and water recovered from a stack and the storage stored at a fuel container are flow at one side; and an outlet where the recovered fuel and water and the mixed fuel are discharged, wherein a fuel filtration part(160) is further installed at the inside of the housing to remove the impurities. The fuel filtration part has a shape for removing the impurities physically and preferably it has a single filtration structure comprising a plurality of aperture parts formed on the surface.
