A heat pipe manufacturing method to eliminate and charge a fluid with a sucking disk is provided to improve conventional defects unable to secure an air vacuum by having a characteristic keeping the air vacuum in a case of sucking air by using the sucking disk. A heat pipe manufacturing method to eliminate and charge a fluid with a sucking disk includes the steps of: providing a flat surface with covering an inlet; installing the sucking disk into the inlet; sucking a gas of a vacant room located in a hallowed package through a boring hole(809); charging a working fluid into the vacant room located in the hallowed package through a boring hole(813); and sealing the inlet(817).
