A lamp guide including a reflector and a back light assembly improving luminance uniformity using the lamp guide are provided to prevent luminance from being partially reduced near the lamp guide by upwardly reflecting light horizontally emitted from a fluorescent lamp using the reflector of the lamp guide. A lamp guide(100) includes a base(110), a lamp holder(120), and a reflector(140). The base is fixed to a lower case of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module. The lamp holder is placed on the base and holds a lamp. The reflector is placed on the top of the base and reflects light emitted from the lamp. The reflector is configured in the form of a cone. The protrusion is higher than the center of the lamp fixed by the lamp holder. |
