A collecting compartment (32) is connected to the washing compartment by lower passage of siphoidal separation wall. A filtering compartment (33) is separated from the collecting compartment by separation wall (22) to receive substrate (9), and the treated effluent is evacuated by discharge of an evacuation orifice (15) placed on higher part of the filtering compartment. #CMT# : #/CMT# The effluent treatment chamber in which effluents to be treated are introduced into a washing compartment (31) by an orifice entry. A collecting compartment (32) is connected to the washing compartment by lower passage of siphoidal separation wall. A filtering compartment (33) is separated from the collecting compartment by separation wall (22) to receive substrate (9), and the treated effluent is evacuated by discharge of an evacuation orifice (15) placed on higher part of the filtering compartment. The collecting compartment is equipped with transfer agents for transferring the effluents from the collecting compartment to the filtering compartment. The treatment chamber comprises: a detector (7) detects lower level filling of the collecting compartment to the transfer agent; and a ventilator placed in the washing and the collecting compartment for the ventilation of the compartments. The chamber is equipped with a lamellate system of decantation and/or coalescence are intercalated between the washing and collecting compartment, so that effluent flow from the washing compartment crosses the lamellate system. The lamellate system comprises a lamellate block placed between an intermediate wall and the siphoidal separation wall, so that effluent flow from the washing compartment crosses the lamellate block. The filtering compartment is equipped with an intermediate siphoidal wall has upstream and downstream substep compartment. The transfer agent directs the effluent of collecting compartment from the upstream substep compartment, and an evacuation orifice opens in the downstream substep compartment. The two substep compartments are filled with a porous zeolite substrate. The washing compartment comprises a siphoidal wall placed with respect to the orifice entry and/or lower intermediate wall extends to the bottom of the tank, and a distance of the lower passage defines a sludge storage zone.
