The units form an air channeling unit placed symmetrically with respect to a vertical transversal median plane (V), when the units are assembled. The outer section of the air channeling unit follows the inner section of the beam. The air channeling unit comprises air inlets (17c, 17d) and air distribution outlets (15a, 15b 16a, 16b, 18, 19) with respect to openings (6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b, 10a, 10b, 11a, 11b). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for being installed transversally at the front of a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle to support an equipment e.g. heating and ventilation and/or air-conditioning device (claimed), dashboard, steering column support and inflatable safety air bag support, of the vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The beam supports the equipment such as e.g. heating and ventilation and/or air-conditioning device, of the vehicle in an effective manner.
