A DLL device is provided to reduce a locking time by directly selecting a delay time of a delay unit in accordance with a frequency of an external clock signal. A DLL(Dynamic Link Library) device includes buffers(20,21) receiving external clock signals, delay units(22,23) receiving output signals from the buffers, and a delay control unit(24) controlling a delay time of the delay unit. The delay control unit outputs plural control signals in accordance with a frequency of the external clock signal, and controls the delay time of the delay unit on a basis of any one of the control signals. |
