SCOURING PORCESS OF POLY LATIC ACID FABRIC

A scouring process for poly lactic acid fabric is provided to carry out scouring by using natural materials under neutral conditions at a low temperature during a short time so as to save water and energy, and reduce damage of fabric by carrying out enzyme scouring so as to minimize decrease of strength and increasing flexibility. In a scouring process for poly lactic acid fabric, PLA(Poly Lactic Acid) fabric is immersed into a scouring bath containing lipase TL or lipase PL at 50‹C for 20 minutes and then washed and dried. The lipase TL and lipase PL are emulsion dissolving enzymes. The scouring bath is carried out under neutral conditions and a ratio between fiber and water is 1:20. The enzymes are used 1000U per 1g of fiber.
