The inventive device comprises a crucible provided with a holder, a heater and, at least one heat-insulation screen. Said heater is made of basic flexible carbon-bearing material in the form of a cylinder whose ends are fixed between rigid rings which are made of carbon material, coaxially arranged and connected to a power supply.
