The invention relates to lever mechanisms and can be used in mechanical engineering, building and mining industries. The hinged-lever mechanism of variable structure comprises a post 1, a driving crank 2 and a driven crank mounted thereon adapted to rotate and connected to a connecting rods 3 and 5, wherein the driven crank 4 is hingedly connected to the connecting rods 3 and 5. The connecting rod 5 is hingedly connected to a rocking arm 6 (fig.1). The mechanism comprises also hinges O, O, O, O, O, O, the hinges O, O, and Oserve as a support for the crank 2, driving rocking arm 4 and driven rocking arm 6 correspondingly. The hinge Oconnects the rocking arm 2 and the crank 3. There are two kinematic pairs or a double hinge in the hinge O(fig.1). The hinge Oconnects the crank 5 and driven rocking arm 6. The lengths of the mechanism links satisfy to the following criteria:wherein l= OO, l= O,O– the distance between the driving and driven crank supports and between supports of the driven crank and rocking arm correspondingly; O-is a support (hinge) of the driving crank, O– is a support of the driven crank, O– is a support of the rocking arm, l– is a length of the driving crank (2), l– is a length of the connecting rod (3), l– is a length of the driven crank (2), l– is a length of the connecting rod (5), l– is a length of the rocking arm (6). In a specific position the mechanism members are adapted to draw up in one line on the inter support line. The kinematics is continuous in working and idle runs, which reduces dynamic loads in the supports. |
