A communication bus and an electric panel including the same are provided to reduce a defect by fixing combination connectors designed to connect a part of a twisted shielding cable to communication lines in series, to realize a communication bus including a plurality of branched outputs while limiting a voltage drop observed at an end of the communication bus. A communication bus(10) includes two or more outputs(5) each having two or more branch lines(d+,d-). The branch lines have first ends connected to communication lines(D+,D-) and second ends designed to be connected with a communication device. The communication lines are etched on a first conductive layer of a printed circuit. The branch lines are etched on a second conductive layer of the printed circuit. The communication lines are separated from each other as much as a distance between 1mm and 15mm. A section of each communication line is bigger than 0.1mm^2. A section of each branch line is bigger than 0.01mm^2. The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are separated from each other at a distance longer than 1.4mm.
