A delineator is provided to conveniently replace, manage and repair a post part thereof in case that the post part is damaged or broken by collision with a car. A delineator(40) comprises a base part(42), a post part(44), a movement prevention ring(46), and an annular noctilucent sheet(48). The base part includes a plurality of fixing holes arranged at constant intervals along outer circumference which is slant, an insertion recess(54) having predetermined diameter and depth inward from a central upper surface thereof, and a plurality of fixing projections(56) formed along inner circumference of a lower end of the insertion recess. The post part is inserted in the insertion recess by a lower end. The post part includes a plurality of separation prevention projections(58) formed at regular intervals along outer circumference of a lower end thereof. The separation prevention projections are inserted in the insertion recesses of the base part and disposed under the fixing projections as being rotated. The movement prevention ring prevents movement of the post part. The annular noctilucent sheets are inserted in circumference of the post part.
