<p>Provided are an ink composition which is free from the clogging of an ink-jet head due to the too rapid ink drying velocity, and a method for preparing a color filter by using the ink composition. The ink composition comprises 0.1-30 wt% of a colorant; 1-80 wt% of at least one component selected from the group consisting of a monomer, an oligomer and a polymer resin; and 15-95 wt% of a solvent which has a vapor pressure less than 0.33 mmHg at 20 deg.C, wherein the vapor pressure of the solvent is increased at 60-90 deg.C by 5 times or more compared with at 20 deg.C, and/or its vaporization velocity is larger than 1/10 of the vaporization velocity of butyl acetate. Preferably the solvent is an organic solvent; and the composition comprises further an initiator.</p> |
