<p>A soft mold equipped with back plane for microfine patterning is provided to prevent handling and dimension change, improve durability of the mold even when repeatedly using the mold, and reduce alteration of the mold, thereby ensuring stability of molding process. The soft mold has polymer layer having desired patterns or designs engraved in relief or intaglio on one face thereof and a board for fixing a back-plane to rear face of the polymer layer. The polymer layer is formed by curing any one selected from polydimethylsiloxane, polyurethane, polyimide, epoxy and novalac. The board is made of plastic or glass material. Alternatively, the soft mold comprises: the polymer layer formed in double-layered structure and engraved in relief or intaglio on the one face thereof; a film into the polymer layer in parallel thereto; and the board for fixing the back-plane to rear face of the polymer layer.</p> |
