An alarming method of a mobile terminal is provided to determine whether to release an alarm by using a control button of a wireless headset, and set a delay time. It is checked whether a current time is a pre-set alarm time in a mobile terminal(200). When a current time is the alarm time, an alarm signal is outputted(202). It is determined whether to release the alarm(204). When the alarm is determined not to be released, a delay time until a next alarm signal is to be outputted is set(206). The mobile terminal waits for the delay time(208).
