#CMT# #/CMT# The induction coil has a core (10) surrounded with a determined and fixed number of turns of a conducting wire (20) for forming a coil. An insulating material (30) covers the periphery of the coil. The core has an open C-shaped annular structure in which a permanent magnet is arranged in an air gap of the core to store electromagnetic energy, where the core is composed of an iron-silicon-niobium-copper metalloid alloy. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in a power supply switch, impulse transformer, magnetic head, power supply transformer, magnetic amplifier, brass welder, catalytic agent, earth electrode protection device, magnetic separator, magnetic screen, probe, electrical machine, monitor, switch board, motherboard, scanner, telephone, modem, and a power supply of an electrical device such as a PC and a server for storing a preset quantity of electromagnetic energy, and for controlling/adjusting the period and waves of an input of alternating current to allow phase uniformity with waves of a voltage of direct current for improving the utility rate of the power of the device. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The permanent magnet is arranged to store electromagnetic energy, thus increasing the range of the magnetic field of the coil when electricity passes via the conducting wire, thus enabling the induction coil to resist interferences of high current and a rapid variation of the input current to provide a stable current and maintain an unsaturated state, besides maintaining the effective functioning of the induction coil and effectively increasing the useful life duration of the induction coil. The core is composed of an iron-silicon-niobium-copper metalloid alloy, and so the coil is fabricated in a simple, easy and inexpensive manner.
