<p>The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing benzothiophene derivatives and to the utilization thereof for preventing breast cancer, inhibiting osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and reducing lipemia. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutic composition containing non-solvated, crystalline chlorohydrate of a compound having the general formula I : wherein the said compound is in the form of microparticles, having a mean particle size ranging from about 5 and about 20 microns, and at least 90 % of said total particle amount has a size of less than about 50 microns, the composition comprising one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, diluents or excipients.</p> |
