A middle wall for a two-arch tunnel is provided to guarantee a supporting function of a center part, and considerably improve a drainage function of the ground at the center part and a construction method. A middle wall(20) for a two-arch tunnel is tightly contacted with the ground by grouting, so as to support a center part where load of a main tunnel is focused. The middle wall comprises a low drainage point(21), a drain ditch(85), non-woven fabric(50) and waterproof film(60), a perforated drain pipe(80). The low drainage point is extended horizontally by a predetermined length so that water can be collected to an upper part of both sidewalls of the middle wall. The drain ditch is inwardly communicated in a longitudinal direction of the middle wall. The non-woven fabric and waterproof film are mounted to the upper part of the middle wall. The perforated drain pipe is connected to an upper part of the drain ditch to discharge the water collected in the low drainage point, to the drain ditch.
