Provided is a one-pack type coating solution comprising ethylenically unsaturated polyurethane which is free from an organic solvent and a reactive diluent and has a low viscosity. The one-pack type coating solution comprises a reaction product of 4-isocyanatomethyl-1,8-octamethylene diisocyanate; and a hydroxyl component which comprises 5-100 hydroxyl eq% of at least one hydroxyl-functional lactone ester (meth)acrylate having a number average molecular weight of about 200-1,000 represented by CH2=C(R1)-C(O)-O-R2-[O-C(O)-R3]n-OH, 95 hydroxyl eq% or less of a hydroxyl-monofunctional ethylenically unsaturated compound other than the hydroxyl-functional lactone ester (meth)acrylate, and 20 hydroxyl eq% of a saturated hydroxyl compound or an unsaturated hydroxyl compound other than the two compounds, wherein n is an integer of 1-5; R1 is H or a methyl group; R2 is a C2-C10 alkylene group or substituted alkylene group capable of being substituted with at least one C1-C12 alkyl group.
