摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material that is composed of an oxide shown by Na<SB>x</SB>CoO<SB>y</SB>(x and y are respectively 0.5&le;x&le;1 and 1&le;y&le;2) and excellent in thermoelectric conversion performance. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion material is obtained by spreading and dissipating fine particles in base material particles after depositing the fine particles made of Na or a compound including Na on the surfaces of the particles, as the base material for the thermoelectric conversion material in a process for manufacturing the thermoelectric conversion material utilizing a complex polymerization method.
